Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vistasglobal.com website (the "Site"), operated by Vistas Global ("Vistas Global", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The Site is a copyrighted work belonging to Vistas Global. Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms or rules, which will be posted in connection with those features and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accessing the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
2. Access to the Site
Licence. Subject to these Terms, Vistas Global grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited licence to access the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Certain restrictions. The rights granted to you in these Terms are subject to the following restrictions. You shall not:
- sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host or otherwise commercially exploit the Site;
- modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Site;
- access the Site in order to build a similar or competitive website, product or service;
- copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the Site except as expressly permitted.
All copyright and other proprietary notices on the Site must be retained on any authorised copies. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, and we will not be liable to you for doing so.
No support or maintenance. You acknowledge that Vistas Global has no obligation to provide you with any support or maintenance in connection with the Site.
Intellectual property. Excluding any content you may provide, all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content are owned by Vistas Global or its suppliers. These Terms grant you no right, title or interest in any intellectual property, other than the limited access rights set out above. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Third-Party Links & Other Users
Third-party links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by Vistas Global. We provide these links for your convenience only and do not review, endorse, monitor or assume responsibility for any third-party content. You access third-party websites and services at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Other users. You are solely responsible for your own interactions with other users and for any content you submit. Vistas Global is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from such interactions and is under no obligation to become involved in any dispute between users.
4. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and Vistas Global expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Site will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure or error-free basis, or be accurate, reliable or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Vistas Global or its suppliers be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Access to and use of the Site is at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage resulting from your use of the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
6. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your rights to use the Site at any time and for any reason, including any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. Sections 2 through 10 will survive any termination of these Terms.
7. Copyright Policy
Vistas Global respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that any material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our contact address below, including: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; a description of the material you believe to be infringing and its location on the Site; and a statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
8. Dispute Resolution
Please read this section carefully. The parties agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction. Before initiating arbitration, the party raising the dispute must first send the other party a written notice describing the nature and basis of the claim and the relief sought. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may commence arbitration.
Class-action and jury-trial waiver. All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties waive any right to a trial by jury.
Severability. If any part of this section is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Vistas Global at its place of business in Doha, Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the dispute-resolution provisions set out above.
10. General
Changes to these Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and, where changes are material, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Electronic communications. By using the Site, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices and disclosures we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vistas Global regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.
